Cleaning Services

Per reservation, we charge a check-out cleaning fee. However, we offer additional cleaning options during your stay:

• Free daily in-stay cleaning — This is a superficial 30-minute cleaning that should be requested at the front desk 24 hours in advance.
• Free change of sheets and towels every three days. It should be requested at the front desk 24 hours in advance.
• Full cleaning — You can request a more in-depth cleaning (which lasts approximately 3 hours) at the front desk 24 hours in advance for an additional cost of 75,000 COP.
